luckily the software works this time, and able to resume shooting even after the camera turned off or go to sleep mode. The photo will be automatically display in full screen about 5sec after the shoot, and go to the printing station automatically in another 5 sec

3 years ago we have this problem where the software hang once the camera turned off, and unable to re-establish the connection.

Anyway, I have worked out a process from shooting till collecting the prints. hopefully UK has time to convert it to a flowchart. I will think of a backup plan too, in case any part of the process fails.

We have yet to do test print, hopefully the colour and exposure is good out of the camera, as we may not have time to use photoshop to do adjustment.

UK also need to design a slip with the URL to retrieve the photo using the file number. I can help to print this but you guys need to cut into name card size for the shooting station to write the file number on it

Bro, Don't worry, still got me.

Guys...I hate to sound like a pin approaching a blown up ballon. But in view of the other disaster in China, shouldn't we do some provisions too to helping those over there?
The number of Chinese tourists visiting the Merlion Park are very high and it will be a tough act explaining to them why we are soliciting funds for one and not the other?

hi Bcool, i understand your concerns. it's heart wrenching for me to watch the news of the earthquake as well.

my considerations are as follows

1. we've signed a contract of undertaking with Salvation Army to raise funds for victims of Cyclone Nargis, and we must be focused on the objective

2. there are many aid organisations world wide responding to the 2 disasters at the same time. each and every one of them plays important roles, none is more important than the other

3. i have a friend in Beijing, and i do communicate with him time to time regarding the situation. supplies and funds have been pouring in, and last heard yesterday they were appealing for supplies

4. Myanmar has a difficult political situation, psychologically speaking it's difficult to raise funds for Myanmar victims.

let's stay focus, i know there're alot of people who need help, but we're short of hands ourselves and must focus on the current undertaking.
