Anyone can help to design the slip of paper that record the file number and URL to retrieve the photo?

name card size will do, I can do the printing now, but you all need to cut it.

The slip of paper should have a big space to write the 5 digits file number, and will pass to the donor after the shoot, he can choose to pay $5 without getting the hard copy, or take the slip to printing station to get it printed at $10. The donor will be able to download the pic using the file number within the next 24 hrs

Other than the URL, can include photoaid logo and may be a few words like "thank you for your donation"...etc

P.S. The paper that i have is letter size, 8.5" x 11"

Thanks wai. We'll still need one set this weekend especially so when it's the first live run to test out everything. Lets hope razor or someone else can get at least a set.

Base on the last PhotoAid, min we need 1 set. If we can get 2 sets, that will be much better.

i need the design asap, how many piece we need altogether?

what is the size of the notepad? we need to tear off from the notepad and print the URL and logo piece by piece, so it may end up slower.

We will need abt 400-500 pcs for the first weekend. If we print on letter size paper, it will be about 40pcs only, i guess it will be faster to print on letter size paper and cut it during free time.

i haven't got time to do the design for the back so it'll be empty for the helper to scribble the file numbers at the back.

detailed instructions for downloading the pics will be on my website later. Sorry for the slowness but i've got to juggle between work and this but a draft should be available for viewing this evening for comments.

dont worry, i have printer and nice thick paper to print the slip. surly look more presentable than a flimsy piece of notepad paper

make a stamp and stamp individually also takes time mah.
