I will be in the Studio from 5pm to 10pm in Thurs 15 May 08, Jopel and Wai please let me know when you can come. DCA you can come to collect the tables, chairs and electrical accessories too. The rest I will let Ortega arrow.

i'm working on the website with the help of tunster now. can we standardise the format of the filenames to be YYYYMMDDHHMMSS01.jpg
where 01 is camera 1, 02 for cam2 and 03 for cam 3.

we can use irfanview (freeware) to batch rename with the parameter $T(%Y%m%d%H%M%S)01

is it possible for all the laptops to have irfanview installed?

Also, may i suggest that for those who do not want a physical print out pay a lesser amount (like $8 maybe?) so they can just go home and download the photo instead.

should be able to get a preview available by thurs afternoon.. *i hope* being overloaded with jobs now..

Hopefully I will be able to get you the Myanmar copytext. Will contact those few I know to see if they understand the english enough to write. What print size are the people given? That is not mentioned in the text. That might help close the sale.

Have you guys consider having a few walking boards? Short sharp to the point text in 2-3 common language and then just walk about.

Most of us are busy at this point in time so I've PMed to eikin to take over the online admin part of PhotoAid.
He'll be doing a consolidation of the list of equiptments and manpower for us tomorrow as he's taking a much needed rest now. All of us know that he's the best man for this job so we can trust him to do a good job.

The one in charge of the donation at the printing station will be in charge of the decal. Better to have just 1 person in charge of monies.

For a start we'll be having just 1 shooting station so it'll be just 1 donation box and a Salvation Army "kettle" which I think is the one with 3 legs and an ice cream bell. If we're starting another shooting station, I'll get another box from them. Need more? Should not be a problem.
