I usually shoot in iso400 and bump up to 800 or 1000 for indoors dinners, with the noise reduction switched "ON", looks OK lar .............. at least to my clients :bsmilie:

as for D200 I have to deliberately add noise / grain to my ISO800 pics. you don't need accurate white balance it only restrict your creativeness and interpretation of mood.
btw do you still able to produce printer profile anot?
