Food: Light breakfast items provided by me (curry puffs, sung kueh, kai choke, dim sum, etc)
Program: Gong Xi Gong Xi only -- if anyone wants to organize a shoot before/after, most welcomed.

this is test is done on a under spec G4/400
anyone with a newer Mac can test?
But the software looks great

If you just need simple adjustment and not major photo editing then don't need PS already.
