actually not really worth to get in toa payoh.. cos its just the living room as you said. and besides that, the ballot for 4 room is limited for chinese so forced to get 5 room (since i buy 4D & toto never even get consolation before...)

anyway yqt... i already plan to drop my kids with my parents liao (long term plan) haha...

btw i new to this kinda things... whats the diff if i apply? whats the procedure like? i see some new blocks coming out around my current area, can i apply for them?

there's oversupply of 5-room flats in Punggol, prices have plummeted to rock bottom for quite a while, you may want to consider ... as for utilities rebate, unless you are a heavy user of household utilities, doesn't really make a difference ... in any case it's always good to stay somewhere central, but you have alot of friends in Punggol mah, heehee

think the Punggol area is manifested with Nikonians... its kinda dangerous for a KM user like me to stay there... hehehe.... ;p

consider the fact that i might spend about minimum 6 bucks of fuel+ERP to get to work... i think i spend abit more for the convenience better... ;p

anyway worse is... i have yet to propose yet... think so far for wat??? hahaha... now to go study... den think of how to write my script...

Which one are you looking at?

But you will have to change your way of shooting with MF.
Nice to look at but I'll stick to SLRs.

The lenses are limited and shooting style is too slow for me.
Not as flexible as SLRs. Just wait for technology to catch up and you will get a 22MP SLR at 1/4 the price.

With digital imaging, the MF has lost some of it's edge.
Note the word "some".

Why don't you get a film based MF and play first.
The dynamic range is :thumbsup:

if u do alot of studio shoot with fast shutter & flash, you will need a medium format, not because you need the big picture, but the shutter system for medium format is different from SLR, notice the banding when you hit faster than 1/125 or 1/250... if SLR change the shutter system to MF kind... i think MF can retire for good...

noticed on my F828 1st... den switch to DSLR den went to read up on it, den find that its a inherent problem on the SLR system... most likely will affect all of us... btw its applicable to studio flash, not on your SB600/800... :bsmilie:
