To speed things up, it is better to get it ready before you reach the custom check point You can enquire from travel agencies or Malaysia embassy for the white card. If any of the bros here going have spare, just ask them to bring one for you on that morning.

No worries.
The white form (immigration form) can be obtained before we enter the Malaysian immigration.
Just remember to bring a pen (preferably black) with you.
