by the way the cost of shipping in this item is around SGD70 according to amazon jp's packing.. I used vpost..

Yeap , you should. Twice I compared lens prices between SG and HKG and twice it was at least a 20% price difference. It kinda makes me feel like a sucker for buying camera stuff in SG

For a 70-200 f2.8 constant zoom that is weather sealed and doesn't extend when zooming, $1700 is worth it.
