chill. its under warranty if you have the original receipt. the distributor might be closed on weekends so you better give them a call.

Sorry for the late reply. Basically the shutter button just don't work suddenly. I also don't know why. I have been using it for the past two month.

Sounds like you didn't know there is a switch called "Shutter On/Off".

Just bought a ownuser grip from Lau. $137 + 7% GST = $146.59. Quoted them that from CS and said Kathryn and Andy name but they say must add GST. I thought $137 is the final price ?

By the way, do i need a RM-1 to calibrate the grip for E-510 ?

I don't think there's a need to "calibrate" the grip with the E510...

It connects via a cable and you'll have shutter half-press and full-press functionality.

I spoke to one Indian guy who sold me at $137.00 He seems kind of confused when I told him about the price. But in the end he agreed. Probably he doesnt know about it. That was 1month plus back.

NO it not that. I have been using it for months now. According to the shop owner, maybe is the fuse ir something like that brok down. Anyway, I am not the first case. There are a few cases before me.

I'm curious about something,E-510 and E-410 Ownuser vertical grip attaches to the USB on the camera,so lets say we want to use wired remote shutter release,there's a remote slot on the vertical grip,my question is,is it plug it in there and whether have to use wired shutter release cable from Ownuser or the original RM-UC1 from Olympus will work?

Got my grip for quite awhile already and don't really know how to use it other than using it as an additional battery pack.
Will there be a kopi session next month?
Can anyone guide me on the grip stuff on how to use it personally?
