Yes, below $3k for kit 2 too. I do not understand the Canon pricing, price of Kit 2 RRP drops about $1K compare to one month ago. So kit 3 RRP is just $50 more than Kit 1 now.

If kit 1 and kit 2 price less than sgd100 difference. Would get kit 2 with the new 24-70f4 IS.
Although the 24-105 f4 workhorse has longer reach, the 24-70f4 IS was expensive at launch, the price has come down
quite abit.

That's a nice pricing for kit 2 now.

finally kit 2 is competitive.

24-70 f/4 IS has better overall optical performance and macro
24-105 f/4 IS has more reach

previously kit 1 is much cheaper so I guess most people go with kit 1

now kit 2 almost same pricing means there will be a hard time for people to choose .. haha

and... very sadly, I just purchase a 24-70 f/4 IS a week back.. heart pain!

Canon should offer a lens voucher or something like that, similar to what Sigma did after they cut down the value of their SD1.

Because especially the lens in kit 2 wasn't worth what they were asking for obviously, it was totally overpriced.

BnS still quite nos of "used/grey/claim to be new" set of 6D body selling either higher or just little lower than a new local warranty set.
Guess there are some who don't do enough homework when buying/selling stuffs.
