just checked a few shops, Cathay Canon 6D body only @S$2551.00, 32 GB and bag + 36L dry cabinet, but seems the dry cabinet promotion ends at Apr 28th only?

Yes, 6D can do IR, via Picture Style conversion. But to do that, u may need to know someone who knows someone who has the setup to download the settings into your camera. I dont know if its freely available online. Mr Google might know a thing or two but no guarantee if what u d/l is the setting or a virus tho.....

Just got my 6D with 24-105 F4L.l on sunday...
But is it true that i need to go down CSC to collect my Dry Cabinet???
And if till today i haven reg the warranty on line,will it be the prob for me to collect the Dry Cabinet ???

you will need to register online for 12 + 3month extended warranty, before going down to CSC claim your freebie.

3rd party batts definitely wont be as good as originals but at 1/3 the price and 3/4 the performance, i'd say its good value for money.

Bot a $40 one as a back up. No complaints so far.

I bought 3x 3rd party batt (DSTE brand) and their charger online from ebay for $45. So far no issues, compatible with 6D and can show battery level.

Using a battery grip, (2x batt) taken around 900 shots and battery still indicating 2/3 remaining. So performance wise is pretty good for the price.
