TK's offer is a good deal already to be honest. The phottix remote is not that cheap too and screen protector is around 10-15$

You have the choice if you like to start your warranty with Canon rather than at a later stage just for the tripod . Given Canon's tripod, its a basic one. I prefably prefer other better brands instead.

Guys, for self taken shoots, can 60D's LCD able to turn and face me and one more person beside me? It will be fun to take some buddy shots knowing that we are in the frame.
And some say, 60D is good for taking movies/videos, anyone can share some pointers? ^^

I am very eager to get the kit with 18-200mm. Any good shops to recommand? =D

I haven't redeem too but think last day of promo in May till I am not wrong.
I think is the same tripod given out during Mar IT show.

Screen is able to turn and face you for buddy shots.
For shops to recommend you, I've been to TK foto and John3:16 today. J3:16 stuff as friendly as usual. Feel free to ask as many questions as I did on 60D today. These are the 2 places i recommend. Cathay photo slightly more pricely.

I redeemed my canon tripod on the day when I bought my 60D as my old tripod is too filmsy which I gotten it for free when I purchase my 1000D from Courts about a year back.

Model: T4-3510, the weight of this tripod should be more than a kg.

i don have the manual as bought in cs and did not provide manaul at all but got online version but i don like lol any1 got 1 to spare?

Well, if you are lazy to read the online one, you can always pay Canon and go to their training centre. Their introductory course basically teaches you most of the basics in the manual.
