master = put the flash in your camera and became your master flash
slave = unplug the flash, when your camera fires pop up flash, the Nissin also fire another flash..

It would do okay for studio works but I wouldn't count on this for events ^^ The refresh rate is quite long :bigeyes:

same package as you, why did u get 8GB micro-SD card ? I got SD-Card instead of micro-SD with adapter. The brand is Pendrive, I got it from Canon in Harbourfront. I didn't get the mini-HDMI cable.

I did not realise till i examine it closely. It is a mini-SD card with a SD-adapter. It writes so slow that my video recording stops after 10sec.

yeah, I believe using the mini-SD/micro-SD with SD adapter you'll be loosing performance, I don't know if my opinion is true or not, that's just my opinion. maybe the class of the mini-sd/micro-sd will take a portion.

At least what i got from canon is a 8 GB class 6 SDHC card. (wikipedia - Class 6: 48 Mbit/s (6 MB/s) )

Above 1/50, isn't it faster shutter? Why need tripod? Or you meant slower shutter?

1.4 is faster than 1.8 by 1/3 stop only. 1.8 should serve its purpose good enough.
