any one knows the difference between iso highlight prio and the normal iso in the 600d function? there will be a + sign at the ISO

Hi guy, very new to this 600D and have been playing with it for 2 months, how or what to set to make the background and object being focused clearly? i am using the 18-55mm len :what:
Aperture is what controls this. If you set your aperture to a low figure like f/3.5, the object you are focusing on will be sharp while the background will be blurred. A blurred background is often called bokeh.
If you set your aperture to a high figure like f/22, both the object you are focusing on and the background will be sharp.
