If u r using Tokina 16-28 f2.8 fx pro or the new 17-35 f4 fx pro which is designed for full frame sensor, then there will be no Vignette. Tokina 11-16 is designed for crop sensor n thus will only be Vignette free from 15 to 16mm

I just join the 5DMII family...

Look like there are only a few UWA Zoom len to chose..

1. 16-35 F2.8L
2. 17-40 F4L
3. Tokina 16-28 F2.8 (but this a protruding front elements, putting on filter might be a problem)

You can try the canon lens at Vivo City showroom.. Try the 16-35 F2.8L and love the speed, but it almost $1K more than 17-40 and 16-28..

Changes:
Firmware Version 2.1.1 incorporates the following fixes and improvements.
1. Fixes a phenomenon where shooting stops after capturing one image when in continuous shooting or the Auto Exposure Bracketing (AEB) continuous shooting setting.
2. Corrects wording in the Dutch language menu screen.

Firmware Version 2.1.1 is for cameras with firmware up to Version 2.0.9. If the camera's firmware is already Version 2.1.1, it is not necessary to update the firmware.

Just a few things come to mind:

1. Ask the seller for and estimate of shutter count.
2. Check the corners of the body particularly at the bottom for wear. This is a good way to see how 'roughly' the body has been handled.
3. Take a few photos and check for hot pixels on the sensor. You'll have to zoom into the photo via the LCD and browse carefully checking all areas.
4. Check the LCD itself for any 'lost' pixels.
5. Listen to the shutter to hear any abnormal noise.
6. Place the camera in high speed mode and take multiple exposures at 3 fps. Listen for any abnormal noises.
7. Carefully look through the viewfinder and note any dust particles.
8. Make sure ALL buttons work as designed. Run them through their paces.
9. Check to see if the LCD has a screen protector.
10. Open and close the battery and card covers checking for any loose hinges.

I'm sure that there are some things that I've missed which others will point out. Good luck with your purchase!

I like to take landscape pic... and learning to take street photography..

Landscape uwa should be your choice for that.
For street photography maybe range from 24mm would be a good start

Any bro here use Tonika 16-28 f2.8 Fx Pro Len? If yes, is there anyway to install the ND or GND square filter on this lens?

I'm using the lens n yes, there is adaptor from lee that can b used but modifications are required to keep out the lights or ugly Halo will appear in you photos

Hi, bros, just bought a brand new 5DII last week.
Did some test photos over the weekend. Noted that the image is not as sharp as I expected (I used 60D before). Also white is too sharp under Standard Setting.
Any bros have any ideas how to correct it.
I used 17-40 4L.
ISO-200. f/9, 1/100
