does this mean that the OIS can work in conjunction with the IBIS on the Oly bodies for double IS

When you mount Panny lens on Oly Pen, you have 2 options on IS. Either OIS or IBIS. Activate both IS will not work, it would give you no IS. So you gotto to choose either one, and it is not that difficult to decide on which one to go with. OIS is more effective than IBIS.
