I took this picture because Jacobs pointed out to me that the sky to the left of what everyone was shooting at was turning orange, and when I turned, I thought, it would make a good picture with the silhouette of everyone there.

Initial intention was to take a shot of people there, but when someone with a camera turned me way, decided to press the shutter, and there we have, me taking him, and him taking me :)

Pointed up my camera upwards to the sky, and pressed the shutter for no specific reason. When I reviewed my picture, realised that the sky was deep blue, and I didn't have to use any polarizer filter!

This couple was having a picnic, in the middle of the field. I decided to try out the T&S lens that I had rented, and was just playing around with it. Decided to try the tilt shift effect on them. Enjoy!

In the midst of families having picnics, youth having fun, and us trying to take pictures around the Marina Barrage, was this soon-to-be-married couple having their wedding album shots taken there.

Blue sky .. oh blue sky! How I wish I was like the sky flying high!

Didn't exactly know whether Jacobs was capturing songws as his model, but decided to frame them when I was capturing the blue sky with the kites. No, they are specks of dirt or dust on my sensor ... hehehee, they are kites.

As everyone was busy capturing the sun with the CBD district in the foreground, this was what I noticed when I looked upward.

Bro, how come u r shooting in such wide aperture..:)
For pic 1, i felt u should not cut off the reflection and pic 2 seems a little too tight..

Anyway nice work~! btw u got ur 200 f/2 ard? :)

Hello Bro, kekeke...I did cut out the #01 pic on my first posting just repost again to let bro wildcat to take a look of the original copies.. Yes, agree with u the #02 is to tight just my last minute shoot using 70-200mm lens. I will take note of it.

Should be getting my 200 f/2 by mid June.;p

Ok, due to the fact my wireless shutter release is set to the same frequency as another bro's (both at default), I realized I have a lot of pictures to look at. I just picked one at random (the last one) and processed it. And here it is. Please look at the text below the pic to see what PP I had done:

Shot in raw+basic. Open raw file in Lightroom. Added a Graduated filter to lower -0.4 stops in exposure. Did some cloning to remove jetty from the lower right of the pic. Did a Graduated filter to lower -0.3 stops in exposure of the bottom 1/8th of the frame. Bring up fill light around 15-20 to get some details out of the shadows. Adjust tint to get a slight purplish hue (personal taste). Export to PSD. Open in CS4. Run picture through noise ninja to remove any residual noise. Do Lens correction to remove distortion due to UWA. Check to make sure all verticals are straight. Used transform->scale to stretch back to normal ration (using the flyer as a guage, must be perfect circle). Did some contrast (curves), levels, clean up, touch up. Crop to 16:9. Add watermark. Save to JPEG. post. Entire process took me around 15-20mins.
