Love your mee suah too. Have no issue with the top view shot which works sometime (espec for items with lots of shapes/patterns & colors), perhaps with better placement of mat and chopsticks (which I feel neither here nor there)? ;p
A few ways to straighten items in photoshop, what I normally do (depends on how complicated the item is); copy the item and place it the way I want, clone the background to cover up the original item OR copy (selective), use the free transform tool (rotate or warp/skew), clone the bg.

Spicy Chicken Karaage

They use the same chicken karaage as the normal chicken karaage but the spicy came from the topping which taste :thumbsup:
The topping include garlic, xia mee, chili etc... YUMMY!!
Because of the topping, I give this...

Teriyaki sauce with mayo goes very well with the ramen!!!But my wife think that it's taste was quite normal, well one man meat may be other man poison :bsmilie:
