USA Nikon lens get 5 year warranty. What do we get?

You forgot to add markup for local distributor. There isn't a lens that priced directly similar as currency converted. The 35mm is a good example where 320 / 199 != 1.21

I've used 50mm 1.4G with FX for a while- indoor shots are fine(that is with no noticeable facial distortion). For more close-up portraits, 85mm and above is better but it will get a bit tight indoors already.

I guess 35mms do cost most than 50mm primes due manufacturing.

Taking 50/1.8D to be 190 (the price i bought) + 35/1.8 to be 330 (As per price guide).. I'd say the price should be around 260-280. (New stuff sure exp at 1st)
