No, the buses still can't cope with the increase in number of commuters. This is very apparent especially during peak hours. With more buses on the roads and more COEs issued for private transport, the roads are now even more congested....and you can imagine what the raised level of carbon emission is doing to the environment. Then again, who cares.

the newer lines like circle line and DTL seems to have less problems except when there is problem...it can escalate into a major one such as affecting other majors lines like east west line.
Do away with all trains and automobiles...allow only bicycles and ilk plus maybe small electric powered smart cars. Musk is building the largest battery factory in the world right now. Bringing this to the masses. Batteries to power our homes. Singapore could work to advance tech in these fields.

That is interesting.
Really all of these cars, planes, trains, buses, trucks are so 20th century. The Earth really needs something new. Internal combustion is so old fashioned.
