I bought one of these in SINGAPORE many years ago. If I remember correctly, I bought it at Cathay Photo Peninsular Plaza. Costs around S$20 or so. That was before I bought a vertical grip + Canon handstrap for my EOS 5. After I got my Canon handstrap, I stopped using the Zing.
But later I found that for travelling, the vertical grip took up too much space and weight, and so I reverted to using this Zing when I'm travelling. Very handy. And for a short while, i actually used it with my G3 too. Works like a charm.
Are you sure CP no longer have it ?

There is a 4% Goods and Services Tax (GST) levied on all goods imported into Singapore. GST is calculated based on the CIF value of the goods plus all duties payable. GST relief is granted on goods (excluding intoxicating liquors and tobacco products) with a total value not exceeding S$400 imported by post.
Where the value exceeds $400, the entire sum would be subjected to GST. All goods imported by parcel post through ordinary mail or speedpost are subjected to Customs clearance at the Singapore Post Centre (SPC). The Customs Office at SPC is located at #01-39, 10 Eunos Road 8, Singapore 408600. Please click here for more information on clearance of postal parcels.

Btw, just curious, previously my part was:
S$65.60
After the tax
S$65.60 x 1.04 = S$68.22 (shouldn't include the postal fee, right? just the goods?).
