if i'm not wrong, canon has their own grip. the vert grip has a slot at the bottom.

I think is because recently some credit companies decided not to acknowledge the online usage of credit cards due to high credit card fraud in SEA countries.....;(

Hey, Hackie, don't feel unhappy over this matter leh. I still remember that last time they have the similar problem -- refuse to mail to Singapore or SEA countries. The thing is not because of the credit card fraud, it is reported that there is a high risk that mails to Singapore will be gone to nowhere. This creates a lot of troubles to these companies. Therefore they are trying to avoid to mail to these countries.

actuyally wat u all can do is to ask cathay to bring in for u all, with this mass order im sure they will be falling over themselves to get it for u. i asked them to help me get a lumedyne cable that they stopped being distributor for and they obliged as well...so i dont think this is going to be a problem..

if this route is taken lemme know so i can join in too! hee hee

yeap! agree. The key thing is that you must know who should you approach to. Some do not really entertain this kind of troublesome and low profit things (refer to those salesperson in Cathay, personally I experienced different reactions from different salesperson under same roof!)
