10-22 gets my pick. :)
add a mid-range zoom (24-70/24-105) to pair it up will be just fine..

oh.. you and Lightning same line :bsmilie: got students...

anyway, I will go for 10-22 too

I wonder how long it would take before the first price reduction of the MkIII

I'm still actively trolling BnS for 1DM3 anyone?

The price reduction will likely take place once canon has satified the demand for 1D mk 3 from the people who really can't wait or really need the new tech in the camera. Figures with the current rate of supply, early next year maybe?

Probably once Nikon's new flagship arrive, can expect some price movement already.

wait for 3 years for 2nd hand mark3 price to drop to $3k (or even $2k+) levels. then buy it and use it once and for all for the next few decades. seriously if mark4 came out, i wouldnt give a hoot. since the mark3 is soooo damn bloody good already.

unless mark4 price is better

Not by much lar. Maybe drop a couple of hundred only.

For me, maybe I get it 2 yr later when Mk IV is out? :sweatsm:
