Malaysia Airlines plane missing...

If Inmarsat got it wrong, and now internally they realise a serious proven error in calculations - it may not dare to say anything.
Inmarsat would not dare to reveal the data to other experts who are capable to detect the error.
US, OZ, UK, PRC and Japan will search in the wrong place until exhausted and money runs out and they give up.

What if plane is somewhere else. e.g. in kalimantan or borneo jungle? Jungle so thick that it hides the plane.

nah it's actually at Changi Airport

Around 100 million tonnes of plastic are produced each year of which about 10 percent ends up in the sea. About 20 percent of this is from ships and platforms, the rest from land.

389 pieces of objects spotted. Ships and aircrafts sent to investigate.

Do you look like a Malay? Can apply to act the pilot. :bsmilie:

Or can play chinese celebrities calling to boycott MY products... :bsmilie:

I think my backside resembles the actress who played that crouching animals movie.

With a blone wig maybe you can play one of the Oz girls in captain's cabin? :bsmilie:

is malaysia gonna to go bust if this continues??

Don't think they contribute much to the search so far.

May eventually have to give Johore to USA, Kedah to Australia, Penang to Vietnam etc. :bsmilie:

A Garbage Patch the Size of the U.S. Floats in the Pacific Ocean!

Common misperception. Great garbage patches is referring to primarily high concentrations of broken down microscopic plastic particles suspended in the epipelagic and mesopelagic ocean layers and not something that is visible to the naked human eye without the aid of a microscope.

Thought one of their ministers had proudly declared no country has spoken about reimbursement to them yet and it's all about being a friendly neighbor ? ;)

The stew hss not been cooked yet, wait for the bill later :) Curious why the country has to pay the bills for a company like MAS, when the company makes profits, do they go to the taxpayers? Don't understand why its a national tragedy when such incidents or accidents happen to a commercial enterprise.

In its head long rush to get into the spotlight and grab credit before anyone else, Inmarsat may have made a fatal error.

It should have stopped at reporting the 6½ pings.

Instead Inmarsat tried to be too clever, with a technique that Najib described as never been done before.

If it was right, and the plane was quickly found within 1 day of the calculation announcement, then it wins world wide praise and lots of business.

Now, if a later accidental discovery, long after all searches have been abandoned, showed that the plane was some where else many thousands of miles away in a completely different compass direction, then ---- trouble.

Now it dares not reveal the radar data to other world renowned international scientists & experts who may immediately detect calculation / assumption errors.

Australian Premier Tony Abbott has said a few weeks ago in a local papers that the costs would have to be shared.:)

4 weeks out, and I don't think it's going to be easy to solve this..

The costs are piling up and I think soon, that will be a factor to calling it quits in the search, even though everyone claims they will persist...

M'sia will have to bear the costs for MAS, that company has no money left, and they can't let it go bankrupt.

Temasek can pick it up cheaply now.
