You can try Sulaiman at The Rebound Center it's at aljunied near the paya lebar MRT. He kinda specialises in machining bike parts so I'm not sure if tolerances are anywhere near what you need, but I've had my bike parts done by him sometime back and no problems so far

ah, this look good and sturdy. And should be under $30, excluding the release plate.
fine tune it and you might have a market :bsmilie:
