All IR Photographer,
In future i plan to buy some those manual M42 screw lens for infrared, do those lens have any problem on hotspot? anybody have try using them on infrared before??
My choice of M42 lens are Fujinon EBC 24mm or 28mm;p;p
ya wont know till ya try to be honest
u can try on a modded cam first and see how. rent or something:think:
TX allenleonhart...i got poison by few senior films Kaki on those M24 lens...just wondering how well in perform in Infrared mod camera only...i already see them perform in normal DSLR canon body..really sharp and color very vibrate..
then it shld be fine i think:think: shldnt be much of a problem...
i'm still experimenting with IR. perhaps i wanna find under what conditions do i get what effects. IR is fun in the sense u cant see. a lot of instinct. i wanna try see what variables i must tweak to get what effects. would be helpful![]()
Yes,,u r right..more testing will conclude on hotspot issues..will try posting here if my senior kaki photo willing to borrow their Fujicon 28mm for me to play2 IR..
I love shooting in RAW for all my photo..try click the WB at leaves, you be surprise..![]()
u use grey point click or the white point click?:bsmilie:
i click always run off
Too bad, I used to recondition a lot of M42 before.
What happen??...have you u test them on IR before??
That's the problem, I have a lot of M42 lenses with me but didn't have the chance to test
in IR :bheart:
Like that will be heart breaking for me 2...anyway..since u have alot of M42 lens...do u have chances to bump into Fujicon EBC 24mm?? Very rare in Ebay...:embrass:
if ur on canon, try out the 55-250. its totally clear of hotspot as far as i just used. very amazing lens:bigeyes:
