anti-clockwise, lens facing you turn the lens ring front towards the right

Looking to purchase a white LX5 for my wife as birthday present. Can I just get some info from you guys regarding what is inside the promo package? Just thinking whether to buy it down or later. Thanks!

promo package includes the garskin sticker, travel kit (cleaning kit) and a premium leather case. just the free leather case alone would warrant getting it now as it costs quite a bit if sold separately
