If I rmbr correctly, amazon jp told me to provide statements to prove that I am the owner of this cc so that they can show it to the bank. So I called citibank and asked and they advised me not to give amazon jp anything because identity shld be confidential.. only bank should know. So I replied amazon japan what the bank replied me and they said they will ask for the bank to approve the transaction one more time. And it went through.

I used a card which I regularly use for online shopping, no issues at all. Matter of fact some other stuff which I ordered has already shipped to Tenso

Did you call Amazon JP or?

received email to the effect of "authorization from the credit card company will not have been obtained" I am using standard chartered manhatten card and this card had seen alot of online buying actions in recent months.

I call up standard chartered and they said they did not receive any charging transaction nor had they blocked.

Emailed back to the seller, he replied in japanese which i do not understand even with google translate. Emailed to amazon and hope they be able to help...

You might still get it before 1 April, Tenso shipping is quite fast.
Last year, I bought my OM-D from Amazon Japan. Paid on 27 March, reached SG 1st or 2nd April. So there's hope for you.

Nope, Speedpost does not work on weekends, especially the mail processing side.
Only some of the delivery people will work on weekends, because they are contracted, and every parcel they deliver is income for them.

Wait till Monday, then it'll start moving again.

For Amazon Japan, very accurate, ordered on 18 March (Mon), delivered to Tenso on 20 March. I made the payment at Tenso on 20 March, it shipped out on 21 March. Reached Singapore on 23 1am Singapore time, office closed and no action!

The seller is direct from Amazon.jp. I have only received the initial order receipt from amazon.jp and no further emails. They didn't notify me rgd any CC problems leh. :dunno:
