Yes local set with warranty. Today I went there, Eastern Art Photo at 03-10 High Street Ctr, to buy extra battery NP-150 and there was only 1 set S5 left when 2 days ago he got 3 sets, whoever wants that one better be quick!.
I still can't shoot cos got no lens yet - wish list CZ 25mm ZF, Voigtlander 58mm.
Today dig my old dry cab which is now not 'dry' anymore and found some equipments I totally forgot dah, wah quite a few pleasant surprises.

I did'nt buy the NP-150 which he asked for $70, I thot it could be less than that. The 4 gb card is the Taiwanese made Adata and the Fuji case for the S8000 is nothing to shout about but still could be useful.

Why don't you start with the Nikon 16-85mm f3.5-5.6 VR kit lens first? It is said to be as sharp as some of Nikon's prime lenses.

i think this is a very good event lens with vr
want to replace my 18-70

Australia is worse. $1190 for body only, and that's in AU$, which used to be worth around S$1.30 not long ago. Now they are almost on par and those Singaporeans going to Australia for a short holiday will certainly benefit.

If can cut out the tripod, bag and cleaning kit and drop $100 from the package, THAT would be a good deal! :thumbsup: Storage really getting cheap these days too, luckily for us.
