No need to think so much lah.....

When Fujifilm S5 Pro first came out last year, I bought it without hesitation for S$2,550. Now that it costs less than S$1,200 a piece, I will buy two pieces without hesitation. Not that I am rich, but Fujifilm DSLRs very good indeed. I used to own the S2 Pro and S3 Pro, so I know the S5 Pro will be good too.

Oh, one more thing.... After you have used a Fujifilm DSLR, you will enjoy the 'process' of photo-taking more; knowing that the colors of your images will turn out correct almost 100% of the time, and not having to color-correct after that is a real blessing.

Thats very true. At least I now enjoy more of shooting without worrying the colour. Last time shooting with nikon DSLR really need some luck if I don't want to PP the photos. If there is a need for PP, I will get damn frustrated as I am a photoshop idiot.:bsmilie:

How about Asian kid?

WOW great stuffs. actually i am worried abt sharp images thingy. that bugs me only and the write and buffer speed. btw i shoot jpeg most of the time

I have just called fujifilm singapore. They quoted me $62.1 for each NP-150 battery if the purchase quantity is 20 or more. The original price is $69. I have tried calling MS colour and Alan photo. But all does not have stock and they say they will not be bringing in anymore.

Cathay quoted $60 for each NP-150 batteries if the purchase quantity is 20 pieces. Not sure whether anyone interested in it?

If I had the need for an extra battery, I might be trying online sources such as Ebay. This is where I got the 3rd party batts for my current camera and also mobile phone.

But I don't dare to risk using a 3rd party battery. Later got anything wrong, no joke:sweat:

You can't utilize the in-camera battery meter with many 3rd party batteries. It is safer and better to use original.

But does it shows the battery's changing life? With original battery, the camera will show a scale of between (New) 0 to 4 (Old).

My first battery, after using for 1.5 years, still at (New) 0. ;)

Nah.... I'll pass on 3rd party batteries.

At least Fujifilm gives 6 months warranty for their batteries. To me, having a peace of mind is priceless.
