Thanks. At the moment I am in Australia so I'll have to pass on the offer. If and when I do switch to the S5 I might buy the 17-50/2.8 to go with it. I am rather tempted by Nikon's 16-85 VR also but it is not on sale here yet.

Right, this is precisely the store that I've been looking at. Been looking at lots of nice sample images here and have received good info from a number of people. Just haven't fully decided to change systems yet. Cannot afford two cameras. If buy Fuji S5 then all my Canon and Leica gear will have to be sold. That's not an easy thing to do.

whole singapore no stocks at the moment. good thing i have mine 2 pieces sitting well in the dry box. my 3rd piece(new in box) kena booked already by someone from the other camp. feels like only lately people starts to realise the power of S5 Pro.

Yup. Really agree with that. At least that is what happens to me. Regret for not changing to Fuji earlier on. Anyway, now have one S5pro in my dry cabinet, with 1 more on the way.

when i first got S5 at $2400++ it was so quiet and that was just a year ago. now no more S6 people starts to hang S5 on their neck. maybe fuji really hired undercover in clubsnap to stir abit.....:bsmilie::bsmilie:

not many ppl can afford mar... i think those really hard core one or depend on camera for bread one will buy lor... Frankly speaking the price didnt drop until this level i think not many ppl will buy
