my turn to support mscolor.
bought g3, 300d all from them.
g3 had af problems, changed 1 2 1 no problem. willie seah really is a nice guy, no long face, happy to exchange.
reserved the 300d, and they actually called me back when it arrive. lots of stores just bochup, and will sell it to anyone as long as those pple claim it first.

this is a shop with good prices, and i will continue going back again and again!

Just came from there today... I was all piped up to buy a list of things from them but came away empty handed. surprised cos of all the support for them here and from a friend (who's a semi-regular). even my friend was shocked at the way they spoke to us.
anyway, i'll still give them another shot cos everyone here says they're so good... waiting for e-quotes from them before i head down again (if they reply).

However be warned that wherever you buy stuffs, you must ALWAYS do market research.

I'm not quite sure if the prices are always that good.........
I was quoted by MS Colour for the following:
1) Minolta X20 @$450 (SLS quoted between $390 - 410)
2) Pentax Optio S @$699 (SLS quoted between $600-630)
3) Olympus mju 300 @$590 (SLS quoted between $500-550)
All are standard packages. The Pentax comes with extra 64MB SD card ($50) which still makes it more expensive.
Note that I did not bargain, but really I wonder.... with a opening quote of $50-100 difference, how to bargain?

Even SLS and Cathay photo could quote you the standard list prices if they can get away with it.

Quite surprise to see this thread that MS Color service very good? Cause i went down to MSC after i read other threads that their price are reasonable.
I tried to buy a camera without an equote but told them the prices i read off this website,but was quoted a more expensive price by the female boss i think. Maybe their service is good but they were not very friendly to attend to me even though i was prepared to buy on the spot. In the end they told me they had no model on display but was left with one last box, well i can only guess that the last box they have was their display set so i did not buy. If they had given as good a price as what they gave equote on the spot,i would have bought from them. Don understand why they not willing to give a price as good as the equote even though i was there and ready to buy???

Are you served by MS Bald Guy? In MS Color avoid JACKSON at all cost, this guy has tendency to give you cut throat price.
