KFC Chicken ....

no standard size lah , just that u happen to get the smaller piece , next time ask them to change to a bigger piece
 

Cannot be no standard size. Then where is the QC? Will it be fair that they are selling the chicken pieces at a standard price when the sizes of the chicken are not?

But stil got some question to ask...

- What your company standard for the size of the chicken

- What is your manager or the staff doing when they saw the size of the

chicken but still serve to the customer...did they ever complain to

magement?

- The standard of the chicken taste is also dropping... just look at the

- As I mention this was the 2nd time I complain to you about the size of the

chicken. You told mi that the standard of the chicken mat your company

requirement.. So why this thing still happen?

To ensure a high level of quality in our food, our suppliers are carefully chosen and monitored and our restaurant crew go through a thorough training programme.

For example, our chicken suppliers are given a stringent weight specification to adhere to strictly and at restaurant level, we have weight specification s for our crew members and chicken pieces out of the weight specification will be rejected.

According to their reply there is a way to gauge whether is it of the standard serving. That is by the weight, but if the size is small then the weight sure is less la. I am very sure that KFC has reduce their serving portion from X-small to XX-small as commented by other CS bro. The original receipt chicken is the worst like the photo posted above. Crispy one still ok downsize by 1 size :sweat: Wings is the worst,:nono: so small that it is a waste of $$ to get it unless you are a DieHard wingman:bsmilie:
 

actually after reading the complain email, i think nothing much will be done. Price will still upz, and chicken part size smaller. Inflation, economy reasons?

--> kfc complain to supplier
--> supplier complain to chicken farm
(feedback might get ignored/forgotten/distorted from here onwards)
--> chicken farm staff received email or verbal feedback
(as above possibilities)
--> end either nobody gets the feedback or the chicken farm owner rant

chickens nowadays smaller size what can i do? Land so expensive, they stay in small cages, constricted, surely small size lor! You give me cheap land, i show u big chicken!

end up leads to "you know who"

matter of customer getting good food, now becomes lucky roulette. U lucky, u get tasty big juicy fried chicken, unlucky u get all parts are scawny chicken wings.
Unless this matter make headlines nationwide, lots of people petition, make the tv news, or kena stupidly "stomped" by many people...

otherwise i don't think the complains will work. :sweatsm:

It's time to order Zinger Student Meal!

Same size for a lower price.

Last week I had ordered a Zinger Student Meal and saw that the burger was that small.

Initially, I thought it was due to the meal I order but my friends had explained to me that the "standard" size was that "big".

Normal meal or Student meal also same size.

It's time to gather your kids or your friends (student) to get it for you. :devil:
 

hmmm.. take one week just to send this kind of reply? She must have lots of complain letter to handle ;)

I think this is the end of the story, she never ask you to wait, looks more like a case closed, easy job for her.

Sounds like a standard textbook "supplier's" problem, not my dept, beyond my control, out of my hands ... like "I must make sure you know that I hear you (though I cannot be bothered with you actually). Now that there is nothing that I can do (actually, I can offer you a meal or 2 in return but I bo kam wan, cos you make me do extra work of typing this silly email), you can rest the issue in peace.
 

I read it carefully, it looked like a generic letter to the public leh?? maybe need to change the name of the customers only..:bsmilie:

I guess that she keeps such things as templates ... and 1 wk to type out the details on that template to send out ...
 

Next time when u order KFC just tell the counter crew that you dont wan any drumstick, wing and breast meal. Just give the thigh and rib meal will do, then at least it will look bigger in size.;)
