This is a little tricky.

The location is at Old Changi Hospital. The tricky bit is that they now have cameras installed for trespassers. You now need to seek permission from SLA and obtain a permit. I didnt bother and about 20 mins into our shoot, the men in blue appeared! After some explaination, the couple and I were advised to leave the premise. Its quite sad really...all the old abandoned buildings are being torn down and the remaining ones are not really accessible. I do understand that the cameras are do to keep out illegal activities on the premises but I am just hoping that the process of applying to shoot is made easier.
