Thanks. I was a newbie too. Maybe I still am. I am still learning and trying out things and constantly experimenting. Shoot more, make mistakes and learn from them. As for post processing on the skin, I will rather let the experts here tell you lah. I don't want my thread to end up being a thread/post war on some super time-wasting topics. Just wanna stick to enjoying photography. Good luck.![]()
Actually after looking over the series again, they look quite appealing in a certain way, like a mannequin theme. Its unique in its own way.
Perhaps the skin smoothening is intended the way its suppose to be? Some of us photographers might be too tuned to the traditional portraiture practices to think out of the box.![]()
this forum is meant for sharing and sharing means to inform in public not just to "nice" people. kindly keep any of your comments/views of other CSers (your "so-called experts") off this forum. thank you.
Dear Zeckson,
If your intention is to make her look like barbie doll, then it is 99% there already!
pic 33 etc, i'd prefer a higher and less wide angle to make the legs look smaller.
Overall I like it, other than the texture issue everyone else has mentioned, and also her manicure is a little too distracting and took attention away from her.
skin texture too smooth.. looks like geisha:bsmilie:
Okay. Thanks. So if my interpretation is correct, your expectation to ClubSNAP members is to be civilized, keeping peaceful tones when using words in posts and be helpful right? I can do that. So my expectation to the moderators of each forum is also to maintain peace and eliminate possible confrontations and conflicts in any form between ClubSNAP members and apply appropriate uninfluenced judgement when moderating and mediating these conflicts.
So far, there are none on my thread. I will be careful on my words. Thanks.

Oh I love this series!!Although I do agree with the rest of the guys that its a tad too DI-ed..skin looks too perfect to be true.
Your photos remind me of the ones in Japanese magazines! The model is also very very pretty and kawaii.
