i share the same sentiments. D300 looks good. But.... our friendly competitor 5D has FF.
So i would expect sometime mid next year for a d300s or d400 or sth like that to have FF at a sub $5000 price.

Dun tink so... the D200/300 is placed to compete with the Canon 30/40D... so not to compare D300 to comepete with 5D.
