The free battery is a special promotion for E-Club members only and have to be redeemed at Olympus Studio at Valley Point. Non-members can join on the spot at Olympus Studio to qualify for the free battery. I suppose it's still worth paying the $40 to join since the battery is supposed to cost $90. :think:

i'm presuming that upon purchase of the E-P1 you can get some voucher (or equivalent) to redeem the spare batt from olympus.. :think:

It does not seems to be published anyway. I saw it in the instructions given to dealers inside the order form of my dealer which he showed to me. He also immediately called his regular Olympus sales rep to confirm if the battery is to be redeemed from Olympus Studio. Don't think there will be any special voucher issued for the redemption. In previous Olympus giveaways, they just need to check the sale receipt for redemption of the gifts.

Confirm MS Color's stock arrived. You should probably call them before heading down as I understand the number of units are very very limited.

Dual lens kit is out of stock at M S Color and Cathay unless you made a reservation

Cathay has the 14-42 in stock.

Alan Photo has the dual lens kit but only in white.

Next shipment to M S will be in about two weeks... the other stores have no ETA.

Audio House has 1 dual lens kit left... which I can't purchase because they don't take Amex... argh.

Did anyone manage to get a dual lens kit in black?

These are all kits....from what I can see, all the kits (pancake, zoom or dual lens) are in short supply. I managed to get hold of the black/pancake (silver) but there was only 1 other set of zoom kit in stock.
