Get the Nokton 50mm f/1.5 loh... about 1/3 the cost of the f/1.1.
Good value for money.
I have a silver colored one... would go well with the E-P1![]()
Mr Eng, you itchy? :bsmilie: Mee2
Wow, so...it's $500++? I want! But maybe the 35mm instead. I went to Chiif's site...do I need to email him to get prices of the lens?
Should not come to this thread anymore, it's filling my brain with too much poison
My twin lens kit should be cheaper as my dealer in only charging me $20 above his dealer's price and his dealer's price is just below $1.4k.:thumbsd:

The free battery is a special promotion for E-Club members only and have to be redeemed at Olympus Studio at Valley Point. Non-members can join on the spot at Olympus Studio to qualify for the free battery. I suppose it's still worth paying the $40 to join since the battery is supposed to cost $90. :think:Here's the price from ms color

Will be collecting my white set tomorrow.
Seems that there are no black lenses... all coming in this shipment are silver ones. Also, the twin lens kits are extremely limited in supply compared to the single lens kits.

My dealer actually let me read his order form. On it was printed the nos. of each item and the dealer's prices and the recommended retail prices (inclusive of GST). If the dealer's price is not inclusive of GST, I don't see how you could be able to get your twin lens kit at $1,475 unless you are not paying the full GST. Anyway, I would know tomorrow when I collect mine.Did u include the GST?
The dealer was looking at his order form when I enquired if the lens is available. He showed me his order form, with prices and quantities. Actually there's not many to go around... and his margin is so low....
Can't wait to pick up the cam tomorrow.
Hope there's sufficient juice in the battery for me to shot around. It is a torture to buy the set only to spend several hours charging the battery as the evening fades away into the night!
erm, pardon me for asking this.. kinda unfamiliar with Olympus in this sense..
whats the advantage of the E-Club ?
The price list is available in the site:

Btw, the 12mm/f5.6 Ultra Wide-Heliar looks interesting and affordable, if able to use it with a digital 35mm full-frame body without crop factor...
