The wide angle and telephoto zooms will be seen in 2010
Any hints or indications on whether they will be fixed or variable aperture? Hopefully the lens road map will be released soon to see what is in stall for the M4/3.

I had never gotten this excited about a camera, not even when I got my D300. The size and style are really tempting me but I am wondering, without an OVF, will the LCD be a pain to view in daylight? Also, what are the lens choices I have to cover the 24-105 focal range and preferably with an aperture of f/2.8 on EP-1?
Called CP, TK and OP and no one has an idea when they will get it...

i think to date,no lens in the micro four thirds, developed for micro four thirds cover the range of 24-105 with aperture of f2.8,cloesy would probably be 12-60 with adaptor, but manual focus only,or is there autofocus?I have no idea about that since i haven't touch the camera yet ;p
aiya.. just realise that the 17mm lens doesn't have a focusing scale...![]()
cannot MF first, then pull up, compose n shoot...
need to take out marker n start drawing lines....
or anyone has any idea if in MF mode, when turning the mf ring, the screen will update with the focus distance? at least still can roughly gauge distance then whip out cam n snap...
These are plentiful... I will reuse my Nikkor lenses...where is the teleprime? I really hope someone is making a wide aperture teleprime. The lack of such a lens could mean that the AF is tough to do well.... so nobody has done it yet.

Slap on the m43-Nikon adapter. Macro, portraits what have you will fit into this camera provided you got the adapter.

no mention of the twin lens kit, which i'll most likely get if available...saw the price to be
S$1,298 (body with 14-42mm lens) and
$1,488 (body with 17mm pancake lens)

No AF, but Manual focus isn't difficult at all especailly when the camera zoom in magnifies on the point of focus. Worked great with G1 and I can guess it will be the same for E-P1.does the adaptor have AF? I am not sure how good u can MF on the low res LCD... unless they have a 10x mag mode, but that will make it soo slow and unwieldy...
still I think it is worth it just for the 17mm. and I thought the design looks REALLY REALLY good.
The review from fourthirds-user.com indicates that the E-P1 is able to auto-focus with all existing four-third lenses including the 12-60mm.
