The Nokton sure looks like a winner! I've tried the Noct wide open and my past experience wasn't satisfactory thinking these fast lenses were made for young folks with good eyes, but some of the brilliant shots shown in this thread reopened my 'eyes'. I'm not a fan of bulky lenses but the Nokton looks a tad 'slimmer' compared to the Noct? I love my 50mm 'cron but I'm willing to explore again if it's worth the speed.

CV 50mm Nokton is really Japan quality value-for-money lens (relatively to Noct). Me and one of my M8's photog really have fun shooting with this lens.

You can use B+W 486 UVIR cut filter as Leica don't make filter of that diameter.
