Actually ah.. I don't know why people want to have light in omni direction leh.. even for fisheye lens only need 180 deg coverage... dun need 360 deg leh.. Losing half the amount of light in the direction which doesn't need to be lighted up only..

this thread still alive...............

i am back.
love japan.but not one of the most scenic country i've visited.
when i went into bic shop, i nearly fainted.they got the entire range of nikkor lenses and accesories.
wah lau eh...me drooling the moment i stepped in.nearly bought the 105DC lens.
comes to about 1.3k.dunno cheap or not.

my neck now maciam like got whiplash injury.the d200 with mb200 and the 18-200 is simply too overwhelming on the neck.phew.

nearly bought the epson p4500 multimedia viewer too but realised i dun have that much cash.:bsmilie:

i own the 105DC. smashing lens. its a mux have for every outdoor portraiture shoot. i know some prefer using the 85 f1.4. but for me, the 105DC takes the icing.

S$1.3k is abt right. i believe it costs more in Singapore.

glad u came back fine and dandy.
and glad u din't waste $$ on that epson viewer. hahaha seriously, wat is it good for?

1st things 1st.
the 105DC is a manual lens is it?when coupled with my d200, it will be 105mm x 1.5 right?no vignette effect right?
really thinking of getting one.

the epson p4500 is a much improved viewer over the p2000 which i saw in cathay photo.
and it's going for about 750-800 SGD after conversion.
it can store all the pics you take and even view videos and listen to MP3.you should have seen the display, beats creative zen and what-have-u.
too bad my $ not enuff.:bsmilie:

japan now very gloomy and foggy.cos going into winter.my pics didnt turn out that well for certain places.duh.
but i tell u hor...me being female hor...but hor...JAP GALS VERY THE CHIO AH!:bsmilie:
