Tried my hand at making meatballs for dinner on Sunday..
Had so much meat left over that I had to eat meatballs for the next 2 days

My 3rd/4th attempt at shortcrust pastry - Pear Galette!

Not too happy with the crust though as I didn't roll it out thin enough... More practice required!

But the pears are pretty, aren't they?? Red Anjou Pears

Yep, Pears are pretty...but as long as they don't "appear" on your body...

Nice shots again. I love the pears. I can imagine this shot as the cover of some magazine...graphic designers love spaces like that to put the text. Great job again.
