Hi - May I know who "owns" and "runs" Clubsnap?

I have a business proposal to present to the owners of Clubsnap but I'm not sure who to contact. I've already sent an email to the webmaster (via the link at the bottom of the page) and to 'Darren' but I'm not sure if they're the right folks to contact.
