HELP! where to develope photos? DIY wedding album?

hi there,

i am on a budget weddin so really need some help and understandin here

1. where to develope good 4R from film returned by photographer??

2. can i DIY those 8R/ 10R wedding albums? suggestions: print photos in 8R, then buy some beautiful nice cardboard from artfriend etc, to paste using double sided tape on both side..... then find some way to bind them???

huh i am really at a loss here but i dun intend to spend $800 over just to get the photo album done up.

pls give me ur valuable suggestions
