FYI, when I started to know about, they was at Chinatwon Point, the student hair cut is free, but you need to pay $0.50 for the shampoo, but now is $5.25 for student hair cut.
Off course you can’t expect super nice and fast hair cut there, but the teachers there will help to salvage any undesirable haircut or hairdo.

talk about this... there was once i go for a hair cut... i just took a seat, den the guy took out his scissors, den cut his own fingers... and bleed all the way, in the end have to get another guy to cut... (famous shop at that time)... really scary.. wat if he really cut my ear off?

sori, ah pek cut also $8, want cheap cheap you can try kaki bukit foreign labour dormitory outside, cut by foreign talents, open air setting, just give him $3 should be fine.

maybe we go tell them, we are members & clubsnap idol, so we are going to take a before & after haircut shot, if you wish to subsidize us also can, and after our haircut we will post our pics on the clubsnap forum for other members to see... we can intro them to your shop... hahah... (we can get commission as well...) btw we need to have a model release form for them anot?

2. if you photograph thier shop, and use the pictures, you need building release.

Okay ... I'm planning to go next week, it's either Monday, Wednesday or Thursday and based on the suggestions and locations given (have to be central) so far I've narrowed down to:

1. Kimage @ Funan
2. Reds @ Bugis
3. Chapter-2

The price range seems to be in the $20+ to $30+ region.

got my haircut from supercuts at cine. you guys can look for Jeff. pretty good but set me back about 90 bucks after 30% discount. oh btw, they have this grand opening discount of 30% off hair services now. not too sure if you guys have to make an appt before going.
