Please go ahead and give feedback as I'm still learning..

That's 3.5 hours from Singapore ;) Where are the city shots? Post more, haven't been to HK for a long time.. at least half a year already.

hello...

half a year is not long lah... half a decade then it's counted... ;)

Bro, aperture can be wrong one meh?? It's just a matter of what effect you want when you play with aperture (focus vs bokeh). Also to certain extend to step down a bit for sharper images.

The shutter practice is a good one
I also need to practice more.

er, we were practicing spot metering, so prob tat bah.

nice shots leh, like e bus one.. btw, which MTR station is elements near?

WAIT! You mean you were one of us at the shopping mall shooting at the bridge? We've communicated before the class, Kenn called you on your mobile to inform u the location of the class, were in the same class, went out after the class, communicated in CS after the class? All these while when we were in the same group and you'd never called Kenn to identify yourself?????????????

You are joking right??

Er.. told u before I was a Krisflyer mah, so half a year is a long time. On the other hand, I did visit Bangalore at every other week.

Back to pctures, did you take those night shots handheld? If so, you must have steady hands. I particularly like the one with the 2 buses. Should have shot a view from the Peak, it will be fantastic.

Oh, I see. I thought it's the other class Kenn and I had attended. Sorry for the confusion  I must have mistaken you for somebody else.

You are attending Cecil's 1.5 month class? When is the next schedule? I had to skip this intake due to work commitments.

btw, saw yr sky & macro pics. quite nice wah... but could u point out yr own
mistakes cause noob like me might not be able to tell, u all so sexperts. (sorry
too much EMDW in HWZ ;p)

Hey bro, 1 week ago you'd asked the question but I can only answer with words as I didn't have any example to show. Now realized I have an appropriate example in my collection to demonstrate.

Granted, they were not shot using the same camera at the same time, not on the same day, same fly on the same leave. But, if the setting was done correctly, the first pic wouldn't turn up ini macam.

Yeah.. it's all been for work.

No worries about the miss Peak shots, we can arrange an outing to HK if everyone is game.

This is his busy week. Give him a call later ba. I think he is still in bed now.

Noise. Look at the pics again. My first pic is so noisy you'd need ear plugs!
The first pic was shot at a 飞天 ISO 800!:faint:
My second pic was shot at a 顿地 ISO 100.
Don't just see the insect, see the picture as a whole.

yup...i must say that para has got good hands on macros.. so far, kinda like his pics..

I kinda like macros, but my pictures are not sharp enough. See some of the other guys' pictures, can see the individual pigments of a dragonfly's eye. I think I am shooting frequently enough to pick up the knacks of my camera, next thing for me is to get real macro gears.;)

Guys (and a lady), from our previous arrangements it seems no one is free in the evening. How about late night? City shoot at 11pm? Saturdays not free, Sundays not free, weekdays not free, daytime not free, evening not free.. now last and final try, night time.
