Hmmm.... The wide angle is only x 0.67 so not so wide. Distortion as in barrel distortion? Yes it has, more at the corners. Keep in mind that this is a cheap toy and not a precision optical lens.

4-5mm!!??? That is a very thick case, I'll see if I can test

no la..actual is 2mm thickness..but wanna see whether if on a 4-5mm thick case..how the result look like.

i don't have the tele lens, i take my portraits with a naked lens

what more can you ask for that price, i saw a set by schneider optics that is interesting. but at least 5X the price and no macro
