looks rather fat for a APC-S... the pentaprism area also looks bigger then usual...kinda early to have another APC-S with k5IIs release not long ago...

but it is fitted with DA lens, so could not be FF camera body, but if like GR crop function, maybe?

i know its a DA lens... but there is always a reason for something... The 70, 40 and 21 was re-issue with a HD and red band... why i dunno... this move will make them sell more ? i dunno... also the k5iis was release not long ago... i dun mind picking up a cheap k5iis

anyway my hunch tells me its unlikely FF... its probably a big step up from k5iis but still APC-S

actually current pentax corp cam and lens is all follow Film cam spec and mount... that is why a number of DA lens can use on old flim body... so for the FF in current K-5 size body is confirm posslibe... just a bigger senor and mirror box... thickness can be still the same... I believe more challenging part is the development of new engine and the software(frimware)

6D does not feel what K5 II feels. The little GXR has the same feel as Pentax K. Both are solid.

You do realize that that's subjective and your opinion, which isn't exactly everyone's opinion, right?

I do love Pentax but I won't go so far as to proclaim untrue things such as FF *must* be heavier. The 6D proves that it's do-able.
