FENGWEI---> HAVE YOU GOT PRE PRODUCTION COPY OF THE K-3 ?? ^_^

I don't think it'll be FF too..
But seriously, I don't need it to be better than what the website says...

Now that you've raised the stakes along with my heart rate and blood pressure, I hope MINIMALLY the specs and features would be as what the website states...

:D

it cld be 645Dii...if tats the case..i wonder wats the reaction here will be..given that the sensor is bigger than APSC (even bigger than FF) :dunno:

...check the bank account and see how much longer you have to save to get the camera .................... :bsmilie:

If it is indeed FF but with body weight going up to 900gm the incentive to own one would be compromised. Personally I still prefer a mirrorless, wonderful if available in FF and changeable lens. For APC-S the K5 IIs is really hard to beat. Nowadays I prefer holding the GXR-M a very enjoyable camera to use.

Aiya.... It'll be a mirrorless with interchangeable mount for Ricoh lenses and K mount, 24mp APSC.. LOL!!

Actually, the FF sensor is not that heavier than APSC sensor, a combination of Polycarbonate and magnesium alloy would keep the weight to Pentax well known travel light DSLR. Perhaps the prism is the next heaviest component.

If FF on the GXR2 systems, Wah Liao ! That would sent us all into a BBBB mode.

RICOH imaging flagship models
D645 MF
K3 FF
GXR2 FF mirrorless
Wah!

645D II - 645D improved and at 50% off. :bsmilie:

It is not, in fact Canon 6D is 755g with battery compared to K5's 750g. Not that different at all.

Which is why the Canon 8-16L is always calling... One of a kind.

remind me of the printer and ink strategy..sell 645Dii at K5ii prices but increase the lenses prices by 100%!

LoL! I think they should have learnt by now that this is no longer a viable option.. Why? Coz users just look towards the used market for lenses.. And their vintage lenses..
:P

From what i see now, it looks like almost every single 645 lenses are around the S$300 mark... LoL! Not that i know many of the 645 lenses la but it sure looks like it.. Haha!
Therefore, i would gladly buy a 645dii at k5ii prices and just spend on the used market for all the lenses... LoL!

But seriously, backward-compatibility is good but the above scenario proves that it's a double-edge sword too.. :/

Who knows? Like i've said, mirrorless interchangeable mounts? That's where the future for the photography industry seems to go anyway, just a matter of time i guess..

6D does not feel what K5 II feels. The little GXR has the same feel as Pentax K. Both are solid.

here we go

Wow! Looks like APSC! But it looks quite BIG! FF?
What is the 24/70 marking on HD lens ?
There is a mic jack on the left side ,60fps?
There is a button or some kind between raw and flash button.

looks rather fat for a APC-S... the pentaprism area also looks bigger then usual...kinda early to have another APC-S with k5IIs release not long ago...
