Well, R&B can be argued to be commercialised also wad.

Yes ...today this last 10 yrs... even the blacks have said it is gone off the deep end. These days you get Rap being called R&B. SOme junkie black singer with shitty lyric and they call that R&B. Sad but it is not the same.

My R&B roots are of songs from the early 90s and backward heheh... Like Luther Vandross, Earth Wind and Fire, Grand Funk, Diana Ross, Ray Charles...etc
